Feeding & Storage

• Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C.
• Thawing: Place the required number in a sealed bag and thaw in lukewarm water for approximately 15–20 minutes. Ensure the mouse is at room temperature or slightly above (around 30°C) before offering to your pet.
• Safety: Always use feeding tongs and practise strict hygiene by washing hands and surfaces after handling raw frozen products.
