This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
A. SHIPPING COSTS
We offer flat shipping rates based on your order type and destination:
General Orders (Frozen Feeders — Mice, Rats, Chicks, etc.)
- United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland): FREE
- Republic of Ireland: €9.99 (Flat Rate)
10kg Day-Old Chick Orders
- United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland): £7.99
- Republic of Ireland: Not currently available — 10kg day-old chick delivery is United Kingdom only at this time.
All orders are fully tracked. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
B. DELIVERY TIME, PROCESSING AND ORDER CUT-OFF
Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT), Monday – Friday
Processing Time: Same-day dispatch for orders placed before cut-off time
Dispatch Days: Monday – Friday only
Weekend Policy:
To ensure frozen products remain in optimal condition, we do not dispatch orders on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays.
Transit Time:
- United Kingdom: 1–2 business days
- Republic of Ireland: 1–2 business days
Total Estimated Delivery Time:
- United Kingdom: 1–3 business days
- Republic of Ireland: 1–3 business days
C. DELIVERY METHODS & HANDLING
We use reliable courier services such as Royal Mail and UPS to ensure fast and secure delivery.
All frozen products are carefully packed using insulated packaging along with gel packs or dry ice to maintain the correct temperature during transit.
D. DELIVERY TERMS
Due to the perishable nature of frozen goods, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
