Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

A. SHIPPING COSTS
We offer a flat shipping rate for all orders:

  • United Kingdom: £3.99
  • Republic of Ireland: €9.99 (Flat Rate)

All orders are fully tracked. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

B. DELIVERY TIME, PROCESSING AND ORDER CUT-OFF

Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT), Monday – Friday

Processing Time: Same-day dispatch for orders placed before cut-off time

Dispatch Days: Monday – Friday only

Weekend Policy:
To ensure frozen products remain in optimal condition, we do not dispatch orders on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays.

Transit Time:

  • United Kingdom: 1–2 business days
  • Republic of Ireland: 1–2 business days

Total Estimated Delivery Time:

  • United Kingdom: 1–3 business days
  • Republic of Ireland: 1–3 business days

C. DELIVERY METHODS & HANDLING

We use reliable courier services such as Royal Mail and UPS to ensure fast and secure delivery.

All frozen products are carefully packed using insulated packaging along with gel packs or dry ice to maintain the correct temperature during transit.

D. DELIVERY TERMS

Due to the perishable nature of frozen goods, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

Alternatively, you may select a safe place via the courier tracking system.

We are not responsible for thawed or damaged goods if delivery is missed or delayed due to customer unavailability.

E. DELIVERY AREAS

We currently deliver to:

  • Mainland United Kingdom
  • Republic of Ireland

Please note:
We do not currently ship frozen products to the Highlands and Islands due to extended delivery times.

F. ADDRESS CHANGES

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.

G. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy.

H. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with clear photos.

If possible, refuse delivery of visibly damaged parcels.

For lost shipments, contact us and we will assist you.
