Due to the perishable nature of our frozen products, we do not offer a standard 30-day return policy. However, you may request support within 24 hours after receiving your order.

To be eligible, your item must be damaged, defective, incorrect, or arrived in an unusable condition. You will need to provide photo evidence along with your order number.

To start a request, please contact us at sales@siarfrozen.co.uk with your order details and clear images of the issue.

If your request is approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. No physical return is required due to the nature of the products.

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges.
